A Few weeks ago I sent a bag to you that I had owned for a number of years. It was a small model that converted into a backpack. I used it often and it had served me well over the years. It had, however, started to rip out in the area where the two backpack straps attached at the top of the bag. I sent it only as an FYI to your design team thinking they would want to see where it had started to fail and gain that knowledge for future bag design. I wasn't expecting to even hear from you about it. Then last evening the UPS guy showed up with a box from T-Bags. Inside was a brand new (and improved) Stow-a-way bag! You really didn't have to do that but I want you to know how much I appreciate it. I own two other T-Bags and am sold on not only the quality of your products but on the quality of your customer service too.

To Whom It May Concern,
In July of 2002 I purchased a Super - T to go with my brand new Harley Davidson Softail Deuce (FXSTDI) in preparation for my pilgrimage to Sturgis. I remember paying around $240 for the product...a steal compared to the ~$800.00 I would have spent on saddlebags for my Deuce from HD. I was able to carry 5 days worth of clothes, tools and maps, including a sleeping bag & tent for the journey and I unexpectedly found that the bag doubled as a backrest. Also noteworthy is the fact that the Super-T more than doubled my cargo capacity versus the super-expensive saddlebags from HD. In short, the bag performed flawlessly and since the trip I've carried everything from groceries to fresh-cut flowers to take-out-Chinese-food. I rarely leave on even a day trip without it because it's so damn handy.
Recently I damaged my pack in an accident on my bike. It was scraped up a little, but all the zippers and such worked just fine so I continued to use it until the main compartment zipper failed. At that point I contacted T-Bags via email b/c I had heard through fellow riders that their customer service was simply grand and to my reluctant surprise, I found that it was indeed wonderful.
Jo Bryant asked me to send my pack into the company so she could look at the problem promising that if the problem couldn't be fixed, she would send me a replacement. Two weeks later, a brand-new replacement pack arrived at my door.
Beyond the fact that your product is both economical and versatile shines your company's commitment to customer service...there are few companies today that can boast that.
My thanks to Jo for solving my problem so expeditiously and thank you for looking after a very very satisfied customer,

Linda,
I am the guy that you sent the clips for the old Original T-Bag,…. They came in the next day and GREATLY added to the enjoyment of the RedWood RUN. Thank you SOoooooooooo much. T-Bag’s customer service is top notch. While my old bag is still performing very well with no signs of wear,.. I did notice that a number of my buddies, as well as a lot of strangers have up graded to later styles T-Bags. So,.. thanks to a quality product, and great customer service,.. a new T-Bag is in my future. Not cause I need one,… I just want one,…
Just received my bag yesterday in time for my bike trip to the Smoky
Mountains tomorrow. Once again, thanks a lot for everything. It's really
nice to deal with a company that actually backs up its products! That's what
keeps customers coming back and good advertising.
Best regards,
Lou Oliveira

(I WOULD HAVE SENT THIS NOTE AS SOON AS I RECEIVED MY REPLACEMENT BAG BUT BETWEEN ARMY RESERVE DUTIES AND MY CIVILIAN JOB I HAVEN'T HAD A FREE WEEKEND SINCE CHRISTMAS. THIS PAST WEEKEND WAS MY FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO RIDE SINCE OCTOBER.)
THANK YOU!
I RETURNED ONE OF YOUR SISSY BAR BAGS A FEW MONTHS AGO BECAUSE THE ZIPPER BROKE. I EXPECTED TO RECEIVE THE SAME BAG BACK WITH A NEW ZIPPER SEWN IN (I COULDN'T FIND A LOCAL LAUNDRY/SEAMSTRESS THAT COULD DO IT). YOU SENT ME A NEW BAG. THANK YOU - THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I HAVEN'T EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS FROM VERY MANY COMPANIES (YOU CAN COUNT THEM ON TWO FINGERS: EDDIE BAUER AND L.L. BEAN).
IN THE FUTURE, T-BAGS IS THE FIRST PLACE I'M GOING TO LOOK WHEN I NEED NEW BAGS. AND T-BAGS IS MY FIRST RECOMMENDATION TO MY RIDING FRIENDS FOR THEIR BAGS.
AGAIN, THANK YOU!

Wow, that is so really nice of you to do that.
I'll take the opportunity to say I have my own T-Bag for 2 years now, the Tahoe model, now discontinued, and it is just great. I've stuffed it to the gills, gotten it soaking wet, even washed the outside with some woolite once, rinsed it in the bathroom shower and it looks great and is still very sturdy and has kept its stiff contours. I will sing the praises of the quality of your products to my fellow riders.
Thanks again, and I can't wait to see my boyfriend's face when his bag arrives.
Sincerely,
Geraldine Cenci

Here are my thoughts about Tbags:
From the early '90's, I've traveled from Quebec City to Daytona, all while
using Tbag products and would not want any other brand. They consistently beat the competition in construction, usability, and durability. No one has a better design bag, or a better price when considering materials, design and construction. I am constantly amazed at the improvements made throughout the years. It is very obvious the designers ride as I do. I still prefer the expandable large bag, but find the mid size Texan the most useful overall. Now the Texan has been replaced with the newer design Helmet Bag and ALL the shortcomings of the Texan are gone! Same size, but the included tethered rain cover and opening large enough to swallow a spare helmet make it the most useful bag I've owned yet. Good looks too! After looking at mine for a few hundred miles, my buddies bought them as well. Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see the next generation, perhaps with an optional led brake light??

T-bags,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the experience, and for the pleasure of working with your company, and, specifically, Jo Bryant. Our well used T-bag burst a seam on the way home from Sturgis 2004. Duct tape got us home, but it looked like our T-Bag was toast. It was time for a replacement anyway, or so my better half thought, but I wasn't quite ready to give up on the ol'bag (T-Bag that is) just yet. I took a chance and sent an e-mail your way, it wasn't long before I got a response from Jo who suggested that I send it to her for repair.
A few days later Jo called and said it was beyond repair, but if I didn't mind she would like to go ahead and replace it for me. MIND? What a question. What a perfect time to up-grade. We just received our new Super-T 4 which will be perfect for our up-coming road trips. The service we received from your company combined with the communication skills of your representative (Jo) turned what could have been a miserable experience into a win win situation for all of us. You have turned me into a life long customer, and I have already told a number of people about this experience, and have a few more to go. I'll be telling this story for quite some time.
Thank-You!

Hello, I ride a Harley Davidson Fat Boy; last year I purchased a Roller T-Bag, one of my best investments!
On labor day weekend 2004, my husband and I decided to take a trip, we loaded our motorcycles up, I guess being excited about our trip we didn’t make sure my bag was secured, (it was only attached by sliding over my back rest, and a bungee cord to keep the bag from bouncing forward) usually we use the straps on the bag and secure under the backrest!! And of course the worst that could happen did. My bag slipped off the backrest and off the back of my bike (unnoticed by me) for 15 to 20 miles it bounced down the highway (60 mph) behind me. When we stopped at a stop sign we noticed, no bag!! It was on the ground behind me. We pulled over to retrieve and examine the bag.
We couldn’t believe our eyes, the only thing wrong with the bag was a broken wheel, and the material was somewhat worn on the bottom of the bag. One of the tie down straps was worn. Amazing, that was all that was wrong with the bag.
On the following Tuesday I emailed T-Bag to ask for help in repairing my bag. I received wonderful service from them.
If you are thinking about buying luggage for your motorcycle I highly recommend T-Bags.
