LIFETIME WARRANTY
T-Bags was founded on this principle: Just give the people a great deal–products–prices–customer service–everything! Therefore, it is with great pride and total dedication to excellence that we offer a Lifetime Warranty for T-Bags® products purchased factory direct or through authorized T-Bags® dealers. Our Warranty covers any defect in Materials or Workmanship and excludes damage caused by improper usage or normal wear and tear.
Should your purchase prove defective in either Materials or Workmanship, simply call us at 800.957.6288. Our Customer Service Representatives will assess the problem and issue a Return Authorization Number enabling you to return the item to us. We will then repair or replace the product and return it to you – completely free of charge. If you purchased your T-Bag directly from us, you don’t even need your receipt. We keep your receipt for you. If you purchased your T-Bag from another source, you must have your receipt to utilize your Lifetime Warranty.
This Warranty has been in effect since the inception of T-Bags. We're proud of
it. We mean it. You can
count on it.



When You Place Your Order:
Should you have a question regarding a particular bag fitting, please call us
before ordering. Our highly skilled T-Bag Customer Service Department will
guide you through the fitting process.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, money order or cashiers check. All credit card
orders are secured and verified for your protection. If you wish to send a
money order or cashiers check, please call our order line at 1-800-957-6288 for
the total dollar amount of your order. Regular Ground UPS orders should be
received in 5 to 7 working days or sooner. If an item is on backorder (not
immediately available) we will notify you. All backorders are filled first when
the item becomes available.
* Important: If you are placing an order that requires special shipping
instructions (example: Next Day Air, Second Day Air,etc.), please make sure you
specify this upon placing your order. If you are placing your order on our
secured site, make sure to press the "UPDATE" button after you have selected
the special shipping instructions so the proper shipping cost will be
reflected. (If you fail to press the "UPDATE" button, your order will be
shipped UPS ground)



Returns / Exchanges:

In the event you order the wrong size T-Bag for your motorcycle, you may return it by calling ahead of time for a return authorization number. You are responsible for any and all shipping charges (including special expedited shipments) on both the returned bag and the replacement. If you want to return an item and not reorder, there is a 10% fee per bag. All returns must be unused, in resaleable condition and in original packaging with all parts included. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. All products purchased factory direct must be returned to the Costa Mesa facility.
